This painting was inspired by the Urban Dictionary. One day I decided to look at the urban dictionary for inspiration. I came across the word “Aluminum Digger.” WHAT? REALLY! So I started thinking about what that word meant and how that word became part of the urban culture. I realized that there are women who are known to be “Gold Diggers.” They train their daughters to act the same way, especially from a very young age. So what do you call an aluminum digger?
